I love getting massages at Hand and Stone but it is extremely hard to get appointments and then when I do they have been canceled at least half of the time.

Neck treatment was highly effective, a visible difference. The recommended roll on neck serum will rejuvenate and moisturize a neglected area.

I had a great experience. I had a gift card that my mom gave me for my birthday before covid and I was so upset because when I tried to use it this year it was expired. thankfully they accommodated and let me upgrade my massage with a $30 CBD oil with the expired coupon. It would be nice if coupons (that were purchased) don't expire OR HAVE THE EXPIRATION DIRECTLY DATE ON THEM! I only get massaged for special occasions therefore not knowing when someone purchased the item and having an expiration date is very problematic for customers. I was very grateful that they let me upgrade atleast. The front desk lady was also very friendly.

Marrissa is very knowledgeable and has good attention to detail. It is always easy to reschedule if I need to. Everyone is always friendly when I arrive.

I have been coming to Hand & Stone for a about 2 years. I have always enjoyed my facials and the knowledge about my skin and how to improve my has been very helpful. I will continue as a member, my skin looks and feels better since coming here.
