Everything was very clean. The receptionist was kind and friendly. The flavored water was delicious and the care about covid was very nice.

All about the really really good massage therapist I had. She was VERY good at what she did. Not just relaxing but highly therapeutic.

My experience, from booking the appointment to check-in, to the massage itself was as I have come to expect. Paul gave me a wonderful massage. The room was a bit cool and the music so low that I could barely hear it--however, I realize that I could have asked for both of those to be 'turned up.' If I have any frustration, it is the fact that I prefer to use two 1-hour massage packages back to back, and that seems to be difficult to schedule. 50 minutes is seldom long enough to meet my needs.

Upon the completion of my massage, I experienced release of pain from my neck and lower back that resulted in a calm relaxation state, mentally and physically.
