Great experience. We watched the staff deal with a very obnoxious customer and they were very professional despite his idiocy.

We've been going to six flags many many years. It is really beginning to show the signs of its age. Everything is way too expensive. We had a good time but frustrated at the price and condition of things. We bought our tickets online and the "gold pass" (which was not honored...we were told the pass was only good at a different park [not specified on the order at all]). We had to purchase one from there park at double the cost of course. Won't be going back to the Dallas park until some changes are made.

Everything was great except the attendants both with food and rides just kept talking with each other. they ignored me completely at one point. on the rides, it meant longer sitting time. for the first time in a while, I was dissapointed.

my fiesta texas season passes replacement cards were not working bc of a fiasco the last time we visited fiesta texas. the lady went to check our passes & gave us 2 complimentary tickets so that we could join our party that day. i was pleased with the great service, but frustrated to no end with the people at fiesta texas.

Nice park. Great rides.
