Six Flags

Hot chocolate was rarely hot and was gross. Need to allow refunds on group tickets bought ahead due to cancellations.

The park is not the cleanest. It takes longer to do a safety check than the actual ride. The employees are not very helpful. I saw one employee just wipe the table with their hand. There is no communication on whether or not a broad chested person can ride rides like the batman where I stood for 45 minutes just to be told your husband can't ride that would have been nice to know when we started waiting!! The train is fun but the foliage is wild and unkept. I like six flags have the pass but it needs improvement.

I had fun on the rides but when it came to finding a bathroom they were scarce. Is there only like 3 bathrooms in the whole park same with food me and my friend just wanted a cinnamon pretzel and we had to go three places to find one we were sent to a different place each time. Also might I suggest an Instagram for sixflags that the attendants take selfies or pictures with the riders before they go off on the roller coaster and you can post the best of the pictures taken by the camera on the roller coaster it will make for great Costumer satisfaction and everyone loves a good laugh you could even do a contest where people enter there ride pictures and the winner gets a free season pass. Just some marketing ideas and seriously you need more bathrooms.

It was very busy but had many things to see other than rides which was very good.

The facility was nice the restrooms coulda been a little cleaner

Well done Six Flags Over Texas. Way to keep your facility clean. Enjoyed my time there. Sad I couldn't ride several of the rides because they were closed but still had a great time.
