Six Flags

I had bought a food pass for the next year and still hd one for this year. I don't appreciate not being honored my free snack for both cards. I appreciate the hospitality of All American Cafe honoring my 2 free meals but not Flags Famous Funnel Cakes. Furthermore, I was told by Guest Relations that I was able to add on my daughter onto my membership online; which is why I didn't cancel my membership. Then when I went online to do it, it said I couldn't. When we called, they said I couldn't add her but had to redo it under a different membership, which mean I had to cancel and repurchase. After canceling, I had to buy a new membership and STILL pay for my old membership for another month. I wish there was better customer service and that every one who works for six flags gives the right information to its customers.

Everything was fun for the kids except for the long lines, but I understand that, it is just way over priced! It's just not affordable for every day people, it is just so expensive to get in then you have to pay extra for some things.

Closed down due to weather

The wait times listed on the rides are inaccurate.

The maps were so hard to read. The landscape of the park is not planned out well. I like the one in San Antonio, not this one.

We waited in line for and hour and a half and they shut down the ride and made us leave. Thankful for safety but came back by 15 minutes later and it was open. They had a bunch of the rides closed that my son would have rode. We rode 1 ride the whole time we were there. For Halloween it was a great disappointment. My son said he wished we would have gone trick or treating since he didn't get to do anything!

Disappointed in fright fest. Even though it was bigger - definitely not better. Most of the people that were supposed to be scary - weren't. The worst one was this chunky girl by the mini mine. She just walked with her head to the side. Like that was supposed to be scary. Your warning sign was a big joke. Even my eight year didn't get scared. A zombie jumped out at him and he just blew his whistle at him. Then we went to a house at 9:45 that was decorated as a haunted house. My son got scared there. Six Flags- you have failed your city.
