Scary people dirty restrooms

Had a great time though very crowded. Had issues with my husbands pass not having anything loaded on it so had to pay for parking.

Food was way too much and the lines were to long

Was not happy with all of the gory statues throughout the park. We took our small kids and planned to leave before the Fright Fest events started at 7PM. But, I still did not like the fact that there were scary and gory statues throughout the park.

I really wish they would contain fright fest to a single area so that families could enjoy their visit. Having it the entire month of October keeps us from visiting because of the kids.

Purchased tickets though credit union for discount called after learned of season pass rates via email and was told I could upgrade for 19 . Was not the case upgraded for 36 so I actually paid more than advertised price and had 6 tickets. Was told to stand in 3 different lines and 2 hours plus later we finally got our season passes and fright fest pass. Now I get home and planned to register cards and no record found . I haven't dug into getting that corrected yet. Frustrated

The person taking tickets at the entrance to the park was extremely rude

Employees suck! Always got attitudes every time we go there is always 5 rides that are never opened it's ridiculous

Great fun when the rides were actually running.

I wanted regular day passes and was giving season passes, spent way more than I wanted to. Park was very confusing and rides kept getting shut down...
