We arrived after 5 pm, the parking was ridiculous, once we walked what seemed like forever, the gate line was ridiculous. Once inside, it was extremely crowded, while walking around, the gravel was very unbalanced. And walking with a stroller on unbalanced gravel is difficult. It needs to be updated. However on the upside the misting fans everywhere on a very hot and humid day was great.

40 minute wait in line just to get in. This was at 4:30 pm. The line was not that long; the throughput at the entrance is atrocious. Also, signage there is confusing, as it directs those who are reentering with hand stamps into two separate lines. One man was very frustrated to use the one choice (the short line) only to be told that he needed to wait with the general public in the long line. As for the new Justice League queue, the inside waiting area had no air flow - not just no air conditioning, but stagnant air. At least get some fans in to move the air around. Experienced poor loading times at Texas Giant.

We have the dining plan - 2nd year. This is our third time at JBs for a meal. There is dysfunction at the registers and at the grill. It appeared that a problem with one customer in front of us shut down three registers, so no one else could get served. Once we did receive our meals, the taste was again disappointing. This is markedly different from both the service and quality we experienced at JBs last year.

Because it was cold out, 40 degrees, I dressed appropriately and so did my child. All the employees did was whine about how cold they were and how they wished the park had closed early. Such negative attitudes, even from those wearing supervisor name tags, should be kept out of the publics earshot. Next complaint is the closing of the rides in looney land due to lack of riders. I was told it is not cost effective to have a ride open without any riders. I would tend to agree but then please tell me why it is necessary to pay those employees to congregate (4-5 of them) at two other kids attractions - rockets and trucks. If you say it's too expensive then send the employees home instead of paying them to gossip - you might say they were off the clock, well they said they weren't going home early when I asked why they were standing around complaining about the cold when they could be home - "because I am still getting paid" she said.
