It was way too busy and extremely dirty. We were there for three hours and were only able to eat a meal and 1 small ride in that amount of time. You HAVE to do something about the lines (to get in the park, for food, for the rides) the wait time is ridiculous. Here's my recommendation to fix some of these problems: 1. Move the bag screening and metal detectors prior to the ticket scanners. 2. Offer 1 free fast pass to be used one at a time throughout the park for everyone. 3. Pick up orders for food prior to paying. 4. Increase stand alone beverage stations throughout the park for those using reusable cups or getting water. 5. Train the staff to problem solve for their assigned areas.

We waited over two hours to get food. Apparently the park is not ready to handle the crowds of Fright Fest. There was no soap in the bathroom and the paper towels were gone.

This was my first visit to six flags and I now regret buying the season pass. If I hadn't I would definitely not be coming back. I feel that compared to other theme or roller coaster parks this one is not operated efficiently. I also think that every employee I came in contact with was undertrained or had no clue what was going on. I want to STRESS that your sale on the season pass was A SCAM. You advertise that it included the fright fest but once you're in the park you learn you have to spend another almost $30 PER PERSON to enter the haunted houses. At this point I left without entering the houses. Because I'd already spent the majority of the day waiting for assistance on the broken lockers that we payed for and couldn't use.

we were all excited specially my kids until we saw kiddy place was closed! why would they do that?? another thing that disappointed us was that the people dressed up were more into scaring the children some of the kids I saw got really freaked out! why would they try to scare the kids! they even went up to a 2 yr old! I just glad that wasn't my kids or they would have seen an angry mama

Hannah & Sebastian (supervisors) called me a liar. Elijah (low level employee) lied about the cost of the go cart rides. He got me for $20 over the actual cost. He claimed the cc machine was down so he could only take cash. We trusted him. We didn't find out until later that evening what was really going on, but the supervisors called me the liar. Many more details to our unfortunate experience.

The park was so busy. Service everywhere was so slow. Staff were young and untrained. Horrible visit!

I went to watch the 6 flags extragvant laser fireworks show. Highly disappointed in the event. There were no big fire works. Hardly any fireworks at all. I think you need to look at the definition of extragvant. Should have called it handful of fireworks mostly laser show event. You - no I - I should have gone where my husband wanted to go for fir a fireworks show - ruined my sons 4th of July. He was crying saying that was it? Where are the big fire works? Will never go to 6 flags for a fire works display. Definitely will tell everyone how sucky it was.

This park sucks! Our passes never work to get us into the park so it takes forever. Not to mention most of their employees are rude and move extremely slow. The food from here is also very low quality.
