The park needs an update. The park is dirty, it stinks, it's over crowded. The biggest issue is waiting 1-2 hours to ride ONE ride. We should not have to buy a speed pass to bypass this, and I refuse to. In the 70-80's there were never extremely long waits likes this. Also, all but one employee was friendly. This will be the last year I purchase I season pass.

Traveled from Mississippi only to be able to ride only one ride... The wait for every ride was ridiculous and the attractions either stopped working (Batman) or closed down... I'm 30 and was disappointed so I can imagine how children felt...

Very crowded - the staff seemed unprepared. Just entering the parking lot was a disaster; only two lanes open, including the far right. Security directed us to the far right lane. However, that lane fed directly to the valet parking, which had a backup all the way to the ticket booth, meaning the right lane came to a standstill. Upon finally getting to the parking ticket booth, we presented our season parking pass, and then sat there for several minutes. When I attempted to back up to use the next lane to the left (which was clear), the ticket booth attendant stated I could not do that, although others behind us were changing lanes. My wife then left the car to file a statement with Guest Relations. The ticket attendant expressed dismay that she would want to see guest relations, to which I replied it was ridiculous that we get to the parking entrance and are then blocked in by a single lane, when all others are open. The guest relations line was very long; she waited over 30 minutes in two different lines. Upon filing the statement, guest relations stated that it was a security issue. My wife then visited security, which stated that guest relations should have handled that. As season ticket holders, we consider this by far the worst experience we have had.
