I loved everything EXCEPT the contant push to be upsold. I don't like the front desk pushing memberships and products. I don't mind one try but I had to repeated tell everyone I wasn't interested. And the more they pushed, the more turned off I was with the experience. The lady that was sitting in the waiting area with me commented on this too.

My experience involves a massage as well as the facial. Both factor into my reasoning for my satisfaction during any visit. The facial was decent for the introductory price but I would not pay full price

I love my massage therapist Mr. Kevin. He always asks about the pressure and always asks about any concerns or problem areas. He's very courteous, prompt and professional.

Although the membership does provide a discount, I think that the price is still pretty high. I added on extras and feel that by adding, of course raises the price, but that the facial should take a little longer. Your company squeezes everything into the same hour I was paying for the regular facial. Maybe I should not pay for the extras and see what benefits just the hour facial gives and enjoy that for about half what I spent.

Having to reschedule appointments multiple times due to staffing issues to appointment times that are no longer as convenient but work within my schedule.

Massage was good but the person was so unfriendly abs had nothing to say to me. Didn’t even say anything after the massage . I felt like he just didn’t want to be there or I was throw in his schedule and he was not happy

I love the handstone experience. I would love if there wasn’t so many add one to the classic offered services. Some thing should be included. I think paying for the micro dermabrasion is fine because that’s a bigger treatment but adding sub charges to masks really adds up for the customers.

One thing to change it the front desk. They are so loud and you can hear them everywhere. I think that process should more intimate.
