Hand and Stone

The facial was expensive for the overall value. The technician was good but not great. Felt a little pushy to book next appt, request her. Facial just didn’t feel amazing but was good. Massage was amaxing!

The pressure when massaging my neck was slightly uncomfortable. Also, the warm stones were offered in the middle of my massage, and at first it was not clear that they would be an extra charge. I feel like this should be something discussed beforehand, rather than during the massage. Finally, the massage was cut about 10 mins short to allow time for changing. I think the scheduling should allow for a full 60 min massage, since this is what is advertised.

It was different. I felt like another number. It was not bad, just different from other smaller places I have been to.

The massage staff was friendly and helpful. The massage felt too rough I had to ask for lighter pressure throughout. It seemed more like a sports massage, it was not what I had expected. My next massage I’ll ask for a soft relaxing massage.

Massage felt somewhat mechanical, therapist was difficult to understand. Only went a couple of inches above the knee, I would have preferred a more comprehensive massage that included more focus on the legs. Needed my quads, hamstrings and even a little glute work.

Appoint seemed off this month. Even though I’ve been coming since March, Grace was asking questions like I hadn’t been there before and didn’t know my “routine”. She seemed more focused on upselling than delivering.

I personally do not feel like a facial is a relaxing experience. This has nothing to do with the staff. I have auditory sensitivity, and there is just too much auditory input for me while my eyes are closed.

I was supposed to have a massage and a facial.I made an appointment with an specific esthetician and I got scheduled with another person.So I canceled it.The assistant manager was very rude and raise her voice at me. I did not cancel, somebody made a mistake. The massage therapist was excellent and felt really good after the massage and then the assistant manager got mad because I canceled the facial appointment . She has an bad attitude and she is not professional. I am a registered nurse myself and I go to your business because of your service that it is very good but after I was treated poorly and got yelled, I don’t know if I want to go back to your business again. i love it all. everyone was so friendly and i was in and out and didnt have to wait long for my appt to start. the lady was very vocal and explained everythign to me

I enjoyed it very much only thing is that my massage did not last the full amount of time that I payed for. Also I payed for stones and they weren’t used very much at all.
