Hand and Stone

My massage was awkward. The lights were completely on, the table wasn’t warm. He never asked about pressure or temperature of stones. It started 5 minutes late and ended 10 minutes early.

Noise heard in halls. Also, walls are thin between suites. Hard to relax with chatter.

I usually say medium to firm for pressure and that is what I said this time. Pressure was firmer than I expected. My back feels bruised. I blame myself for not telling the therapist more medium less firm during appointment.

Expensive for the amount of time provided. Staff tried to pair me up with person before asking for my preferences. Waiting area was busy on appointment day.

I don't like the 50 minute rule and not one hour like im used to.but I know u need to flip the room to get a full 8 hour day. I don't like that tipping is seemingly required and ur reminded everywhere. I only see it here and not other massage locations I visit. Nor would I do that In Mine. Massages are inconsistent between therapists. Skill and pressure . Some sit the whole time . Some talk a lot. Every client is different with what they like but u asked me for my opinion. I have 38 years massage experience and am very trained and it is difficult to find the right one. So I need convenience and that's why I'm a member. I have other ppl I go to when I need therapeutic level work.

If I chose to use my package, I would be charged an extra $10 for my guest. The charge of an additional $20 for getting a couple massage. The up charge on the package deal of $69.95, is a bit pricey and I will definitely have to cancel my membership if the price goes up again.

My appointment with Shauna was great! My mom and sister had another esthetician who didn’t really explain any of her add on recommendations. They were not satisfied with their appointments.

Massage only lasted 35 minutes - not 50 because it started late. And it abruptly ended.

I wasn't emailed a receipt when told I would receive a receipt. I added a scalp massage but didn't receive one.

I paid for 90 minutes but received 70. Don't start 10 minutes late and end 10 minutes early and expect a satisfied client. I understand 10 minutes on either the beginning or the end, but not both.
