I selected the wrong button. My experience was very good. No concerns at all. Staff was great too.

It’s a personal experience and everyone is different. This was just a time that the therapist was not good for me. There are a variety of therapist to chose if one does not work out. I have experienced excellent therapists and some I would not ask for again. This was one of those time.

I talked to the receptionist on getting a massage with salts and I got hot stones instead. It was a very good massage but not what I asked for BUT I never said anything I was too tired to correct them

Have had multiple masseuses in a few visits, the massages generally feel more superficial, some address concerns some don’t - it’s a bit too inconsistent for what I would expect.

The transparency of pricing. I think it would be better if the company concept of “upgrades” and cost was sent prior to appointment. The practice of having to verbally add a tip. That’s no one’s business except the client and the person who treated them.

I thought the tech talked a tad too much about irrelevant things. I don't like how if you do add ons like microdermabrasion your appointment is still one hour. So in fact you are paying more but losing time and services like hand arm massage or scalp massage that would normally be included.

For an hour massage, it started 6 minutes after the hour and ended another 6 minutes before the hour making an hour massage a 48minute massage. I asked for more pressure and she said that was all she had. She was very nice and did a nice job, but I had issues I was hoping to address.

The massage was great; however, the affect of the massage therapist was not. He seemed nervous/not sure. So I started a conversation to ease his tension. After about 30 minutes he relaxed and he seemed better. He shared that he is fairly new and got me that explained it all. I am just more use to massage therapists who are more welcoming.

massage was no more than gentle rubbing of body. Good for relaxing but no help for muscles.
