For an hour massage, it started 6 minutes after the hour and ended another 6 minutes before the hour making an hour massage a 48minute massage. I asked for more pressure and she said that was all she had. She was very nice and did a nice job, but I had issues I was hoping to address.

The massage was great; however, the affect of the massage therapist was not. He seemed nervous/not sure. So I started a conversation to ease his tension. After about 30 minutes he relaxed and he seemed better. He shared that he is fairly new and got me that explained it all. I am just more use to massage therapists who are more welcoming.

massage was no more than gentle rubbing of body. Good for relaxing but no help for muscles.

I was treated kindly and considerate.

The time I had was under 60 min and I was on time for my appt and it was cut short. And I gave a service to my mom and $10 of what I had already paid was taken out for a "transfer fee" which is f***ing ridiculous!! It made me so upset. Its a waste of money. Maybe I should have not tipped sice my $10 had already been take due to the transfer fee.

I have a lot of tightness in my legs. The therapist addressed the issue and did a good job. I didn't get as much relief as I had hoped.

Although the message was amazing, tightness was minimized but not alleviated. I believe multiple sessions will be needed to eliminate all issues.

Massage was not relaxing enough. I felt like the massage was done too quickly and rushed at times.

I think keeping credit card info during booking and charging half if not canceled 24 hr before is a policy that will discourage people to come here . The place should have both cheaper ( below 100$) facial and spa options for non members. It can be little bit shorter done but cheaper . Giving non members more flexible options would attract more customers
