Massage was not relaxing enough. I felt like the massage was done too quickly and rushed at times.

I think keeping credit card info during booking and charging half if not canceled 24 hr before is a policy that will discourage people to come here . The place should have both cheaper ( below 100$) facial and spa options for non members. It can be little bit shorter done but cheaper . Giving non members more flexible options would attract more customers

My massage was great but I paid for a 60 minute massage and she ended it after 50 minutes. I was too chicken to say anything but for the amount I paid I should get the full 60 minutes

I have tried three massage therapists and only liked the massage and service of one of them. Of the other two, one was about ten minutes late starting and treated me brusquely. The other one gave me a massage with very little pressure and didn’t seem to expend much effort. Sarah gives a good massage and is very pleasant but only works weekends.

Esthetician wasn’t very knowledgeable about skincare products NOT sold at hand and stone and didn’t provide feedback on products that would help my skin concerns

My face itched quite a bit after my service. I’m unsure why since I have had no problems with my facials at FaceLogic. I loved my Esthetician, Shana, however.

I enjoyed my massage but it wasn't necessarily very relaxing. It did help some aches and pains though.
