My esthetician did a decent facial. She was very pleasant and friendly however did not show much knowledge on the pre-cleansing and cleansing product when I asked what was in each of the products. Overall she did a decent job with the actual treatment. I was also scheduled for a body massage and that's where there was a problem. I was in one room for my facial but had to transfer to another room, unfortunately the massage person nor the room was available, so I had to sent in the hall with all of my belongs. Really took away from the initial relaxation. The masseuse did an awesome job and save the day.

I disagree with being charged an upgrade fee when paying for additional services during a facial. I'm already paying hefty price for the services, why the upgrade fee (40.00)?

We weren't "checked in" causing our facials to begin late even though we were present well before the time. It wasn't too long a wait although once left alone I was starting to wonder if my appointment would get forgotten.

We love our therapist...I have asked SEVERAL times for the manager to call to explain your offers and my account. I have gone as far as purchasing $400.00 in gift cards at another location due to lack of front desk knowledge and lack of communication from the manager. Again, we LOVE our therapist but sadly will leave due to consistent misleading information and no clarification when asked. We are a family of 7 who enjoy the services of Sarah and Jessica, however the business integrity of this location leaves a lot to be desired. I have literally asked for the manager to call me at least 5 times and have yet hear from anyone. The front desk continues to tell me "Yes there is a note".. Certainly you should eventually anticipate loss revenue from irresponsibility, I cannot care more about patronizing your business than you care for me as a customer.

Sometimes booking is limited unless booking several weeks out. The reception area is ery small for all the products and displays.

I was completely satisfied with my visit to hand & stone. There is always room for improvement though! My esthetician was absolutely wonderful though, I must say.

Nate, the massage therapist, was great. He did a fantastic job working out the knots in my neck and shoulders. My issue is with the way additional services and subscriptions are pushed onto clients. When checking out at the front I was offered a subscription and said no thanks. I was reminded of the discount and once again said no thank you. I was reminded AGAIN of the savings and how monthly visits work. I don't know if there is a commission for the person who sells it, but y'all have to calm down with pushing the subscription. Actually made me less likely to go there knowing that if I return I will once again be asked repeatedly to subscribe.
