For my facial I was not scheduled with my regular person I see. I did not find out until I was waiting to get my facial. The person who I ended up with was not very friendly. And it felt awkward.

I believe that the initial and added fees are excessive. However, my aesthetician, Maria was amazing and very thorough.

I thought the price for add on options was expensive and could only rarely do that. Overall my skin feels great and it was very relaxing though.

The added cost of giving my service package to someone else. The increase of service 2 years in a row. The service desk informing me that the calendar did not go far enough in the future to book my next appointment (6 weeks) when I always book this amount of time.

There was pressure sales through my appointment. It took away from a relaxing experience. Sales pitch began the moment I entered the spa and continued until I left.

This was my second visit and during my first visit, the receptionist, Delaney, took me to the back waiting room, asked if I needed the restroom or water and made me feel very welcome. This second time the receptionist told me to have a seat while she checked me in. I was 10 minutes early so I waited in the lobby until Daphne came to get me. Just not the same welcoming experience I had with my initial visit.

Individual prices for upgrade , I would appreciate if you can adjust the pricing little bit. I’m paying almost 230 buck all together just for facial one visit.
