First of all, the massage was great. Jessica is wonderful. However, I was dissatisfied with the facial. I had a different person for the facial and she finished 15 minutes earlier then the scheduled time. There is nothing on the website that says if you do not select a specialty service you will not get your full-time. In addition when it came time to pay, the lady that did the facial sat next to the receptionist. Your process is for the receptionist to ask if you want to tip verbally instead of just doing it in writing. It is very uncomfortable to add the tip when the person you’re tipping is sitting right there. I feel like I did not get the full value of what I paid for when the facial was 40 minutes.

These were my last two packages. The last esthetician, Shawn or Dawn was excellent. The prior - not so much. I am changing to go to a spa that is more of a med spa and can do laser treatments as well as an option for a monthly package price. It took multiple calls to get the manager to cancel my membership. I first went in and was told the manager was not there and they would give me a call to cancel. I then had to hound the spa and the manager never did call. I received an automated email stating it was canceled. That is the main reason I did not give a higher rating.

I would like to know the price of adding prior to coming in. Maybe have an option to buy a package for additional items instead of buying 1 at a time.

My husband purchased a gift card for me as a gift. When I got to the appointment the receptionist told me that the gift card did not have money on it. My husband came up to discuss the issue at the facility in person. We were treated like we stole the gift card and do not pay for services. As a result, we paid for the services AGAIN in order to proceed with my appointment. The next day my husband went back to the facility to have them look for the gift card number in the system. It was found and he is waiting on a refund.

I was overall satisfied. Pressure could of been added a little more. Time spend in same areas would have been nice but overall pleased with service.

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Glenda was absolutely wonderful. She checked on the pressure during the massage.

I was highly satisfied with my experience. The overall ambiance was great and the employees were friendly. I didn’t really see results, but it’ll probably take time for things to get better.

We didn’t discuss solutions for hyperpigmentation. She focused on my skin being dry and dehydrated instead.

The table wasn't warm. The lotion was wiped off with a warm towel but then I was left exposed to cold air. Hair was not protected and was left greasy.
