Would prefer softer linens and the table to be warming.

I arrived 10 minutes prior to the appointment time but the massage therapist didn’t greet me in the reception area until 5 minutes after the appointment should have begun. She didn’t say anything about running late. I asked her what would happen when the appointment hour was up, and she did assure me then that she would add time on at the end to compensate for the late start. She said that would work as she had a break after my appointment. I was satisfied because she did give me a full massage, ending about 5-10 minutes beyond what would have been the usual end time. I don’t know what would have happened if I hadn’t asked.

I believe essential oil fragrance is an important function of relaxing and we shouldn't have to pay $10 for it.

I was very satisfied with the overall service, ad product knowledge. The only downside was that felt I was constantly being sold something, and being told it is a must have.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. My back hurt the entire massage. When I got up I noticed the middle of the bed slouched so there was no support for my back. I cough through this again. If you have better tables with support then I will come back. Maria did a great job.

I had a new massage therapist during this appointment. I expressed to her that my body had been feeling rather tight all over. She did a great job of working out all tight areas of my back that were causing me discomfort. I felt very relaxed and like my needs for the visit were met.

Limited parking.

While I enjoyed my services, I felt like it was a bit rushed. I added a couple things to my facial but was still at the door in record time. The only reason I said somewhat dissatisfied with product is because the product was out of stock.

The price went up without notifying me. Not worth the extra money

I know my shoulders/neck were super tight (they always are), however, I would have preferred a little more work on my leg/s. He used great pressure though.
