I had a gift certificate from my sister. I told the person giving me my facial that I had the gift certificate and was not sure of the amount on it. We were discussing what facials have. She said well you might have to pay a few more dollars. She gave me the most expensive facial. $90 dollars more then tbe gift certificate. I go to your business because it gives me time with my family. Plesse take me off your list.

I felt the cost of the add-ons for my facial were too high. I have paid $120 for a facial at higher end spas. For the value of the facial, the price was not worth it. I don't know that I would get another facial at Hand and Stone.

My appointment started 6 minutes late and I was rushed to get changed and on the table. My therapist was hard to understand and when using too much pressure, blamed it because “there were knots in my upper back.” She adjusted pressure and was fine after that. But she just wasn’t that friendly and it left a bad taste in my mouth.

I did not expect to be so sore the next day from a massage but I’m sure that’s why she concentrated on those areas that hurt so much.

In everything in this world, there's always room for improvements..there's always that reminder to not be complacent in keeping the good quality of the service, people, and the representation of the company.

there are a few tiny reasons why I am dissatisfied with my experience. Overall the aesthetician performing my facial was fantastic! She answered a lot of my questions, made me feel welcome, and did a very good job for the facial portion/experience. But I was dissatisfied and the fact that when I arrived I had to wait an additional 20 minutes past my booked time - which would normally be OK but I had fits into my schedule and for it to run behind without giving a reason is very disappointing. Another reason for my dissatisfaction is that I explain to my aesthetician that hyaluronic acid dries my skin out every time I use it and she recommended and performed a facial that is essentially just hyaluronic acid but more concentrated on my skin. I left with my skin feeling dry flaky and irritated. For the next couple hours after that my skin continue to get red, irritated and very very dry. I was too uncomfortable going back to explain and show what was happening to my skin. I felt like even if I went back to say something my opinion or my experience could not be heard.

My therapist was hard to communicate with. She seemed pleasant and capable, but it was difficult to communicate my needs and feel understood. I thought she was using good pressure, but my pain levels didn’t improve after. However, the experience was still very relaxing.

The prices for services are very high, even after subtracting my monthly payment of 59.99

I am satisfied. Just want to make a suggestion. The massage therapists are in similar close contact with the client like the estheticians so it would make sense for them to wear the shield as well? Esp with this new variant thats coming in? Just a suggestion otherwise overall i love my massages, no complaints!
