Not the best message I have had. Nothing wrong with massage therapist, just not a fit for me. Moved to quickly . I have back issues and did not feel as good afterwards as I have in the past. I think this is my problem nothing to do with therapist.

I mostly enjoyed my experience. The only thing I didn’t love was her trying to up sell during my facial. I understand that is her job, but I was just there to relax and didn’t want to have to keep saying “no thank you. I’ll just stick with what I booked” She was very sweet and I enjoyed the facial very much, again, just wanted to relax.

the facial was too sales-y. i understand upselling, but this was a new level of upselling. mona is a very good salesperson, but it was unwelcomed during a facial/relaxation period.

I was highly satisfied with my experience. The only issue I have is after paying for services I did not receive due to Covid please don’t ask for more money at checkout besides a tip. When I made the appt I agreed to 80 mins and knew that would take a service away. Don’t push for that. Let me decide how I want to use services I already paid for. I don’t like pushy sales tactics.

The only complaint I have is the cleaning and sanitizing during my appointment. If you need to sanatize while I am still in the room, you should book appointments out longer

Receptionist apparently did not tell the therapist I added on hot rock massage. Also therapist seemed to be new at giving messages. I would rather a skilled therapist.

There was loud music playing from the bar next store that made it hard to completely relax. The headrest piece was really uncomfortable and the cushion wouldn’t stay on. Table made an extremely loud noise whenever it went up or down.

Didn’t get called in until 15 mins after my appt time. I understand the regulations for Covid but I didn’t present with cough or fever and it’s extremely uncomfortable to have to wear a mask during a massage. Simply breathing will not pass aerosols as coughing and sneezing does. If the mask wearing continues I will not continue my membership. I do however like everything else from the professionalism of reception and therapist.

Part of what I liked about this business was the heated tables. I tend to feel cold and the heated tables make the massage comfortable for me. If I had know that was not an option now, I would not have booked.
