New therapist did not control time spent. One leg got about 35 min. the other got about 15 min and my back got about 10 min

Because my home store in Frisco is terrible I’ve been going to the Allen location for a year. They always help be deal with my home store and after my home store canceled my membership without telling me or receiving a signed form from me and “misplacing” two packages that I have paid for but are no where to found apparently, the Allen store came to my rescue and they are now my home store with the greatest receptionists and my favorite masseuse Mimi. My issue is with the Frisco location not the Allen location they are amazing.

I was first to arrive. I was checked in and told to be seated. Others arrived and were given something to drink and visited with while I sat

Mistake

Clean environment; very nice people; very attentive.

Excessive charges for a la carte services.

My appointment started 10 minutes late and the pricing of the addon services was not discussed. I enjoy the woman who gave me my facial and will probably go back to her but it would’ve been nice to know what everything cost before I agreed to it

Didn’t like the sales pitch to purchase products. I was there to relax and didn’t want to hear so much about the problems with my current regime and glories of the products you have for sale. Otherwise- the service was great!

Loved the facial its self. However, while I was laying there on the table having stuff being rubbed on my face the lady was telling me prices and different treatments while she already started with stuff on my face. So I was laying there trying to do all the math in my head and she kept pushing me to keep adding and adding on more treatments. Once we came to a conclusion, she left and came back and told me there would be a $99 increase in price to what we had concluded then we went back to square one with the prices and options. So the beginning was not a relaxing experience as it was difficult to understand what she was saying while doing math in my head with all these add ons, my face being rubbed on and being pushed to keep getting more and more treatments.

The cost of the add on a to each service seem high compared to what you receive.
