I was not happy with the excessive pushing of other services. My daughter and I were in separate rooms, and we were both given information about an expensive type of add on, which made me feel that it was not because it would be best for our skin, but simply just to get us spend more money. There were several things that they tried to get us to add on, even though we had already added on two different treatments in addition to the service we already booked, and added on back facials because our massages got canceled at another company. It just felt high-pressure, and it was my daughter’s first time at the spa. I think she felt a bit uncomfortable being asked multiple times to spend more money.

I had a great experience at Hand and Stone. I would have liked to see a little more variety in the products offered, but other than that, it was a great experience. Hopefully the new plan will work!

The woman who did my facial was very rough and moved very fast. In addition she talked a lot. I’ve never had a facial like that. The woman who did my massage was fantastic! Everything was perfect with her!

The therapist I booked for didn't come in that day, so I had to use one that was available.

The first problem is the person this survey was addressed to us not me. I did not have a facial so could respond to those questions. Since I joined I had been unable to book online this loosing all those points. I think it may be fixed finally. I have asked since I started

My appointment lasted only 40 minutes, that includes me undressing and dressing, when it should be for 60 minutes.

There was nothing during my visit that wow’d me so therefore it only got satisfied. Also, upon booking my appointment I asked about getting my eyebrows arched prior to my facial and she said that I could get them done. However, once I got in the room I was informed that I couldn’t get them waxed. The esthetician informed me that I could still get it if she didn’t do the facial around my eyes, but I declined the eyebrow wax. No apology was made.
