The service was great while I was there, however, my face has been irritated since the treatment. I think the peel was too much combined with the other treatments I did.

I feel like there is a lot of upgrade and product pushing. Everything is an added cost and that was a focus of the conversation . It was almost like a normal facial was just not acceptable. If upgrades are required , that should be discussed upon signing up. It was a turn off for me . My esthetician certainly was talented and skilled but I do not like upgrade pushing

I had a facial after my massage. I understand I was moved to another room, but it was uncomfortable carrying all my clothing and belongings in my arms as they moved me to the waiting area and then to the new room. My massage therapist was running late so it cut into my time, because she did not keep me late to make up for it. I was also disappointed in the aromatherapy add on. I anticipated it being diffused or something more than inhaling in the therapist's hands twice.

I could hear the customer in the next room talking throughout my entire appointment. This room is next to the waiting area and I could hear people coming in and out.

The massage was great but the cost of add-ons is too high. Aromatherapy should be included, and the rooms could have better ambiance.

I love being a member however this time when I went in for my facial the room smelt of food, a very weird stench which is disappointing when you are coming in fir a relaxing service. The esthetician was very prompt and immediately sprayed the room and also applied peppermint to the pillow so I couldn’t smell it but this problem should be fixed as anyone coming to a spa would never want their room to smell of food or whatever that string stench was

Overall experience was great but there was confusion on which therapist was supposed to massage me and it also felt like I was being rushed to massage on one side vs other.

My sister made two appointments for us over the phone since we live an hour away. Once we arrived, only she was scheduled for a massage. She generously gave me her scheduled time, but that left her without an appointment, which means she drove all that way for nothing and has to find another time to return.
