Inability to apply monthly payments to products, as well as the limitations placed on what you can use the monthly payments credits towards as it relates to upgrades.

My masseuse needed to file her nails better. I found some scratches on my upper back later in the day.

I was not highly satisfied because I did not like receiving several suggestions to upgrade my facial. Each upgrade put me over budget and this was already a splurge for my pocketbook.

I'm unable to say if I'm highly satisfied with the results because I am suffering from an acne flare-up and we decided to do a chemical peel and light therapy....right now everything is very dry and tight. I did wake up with a couple new pimples. This could be "purging". I imagine this is completely normal and I will be able to see the results in a few days. Maria was great!

Nothing is perfect! I’ve been to your location so I knew what to expect. It was a good experience.

I’m looking for a highly moisturized glowing look and feel after my facials. It’s hard to find locally. I’ll try a message next.

I feel that the time quoted for the service is not the actual time of the service. for example in a 50 minute facial first 10-12 minutes are mostly talking about what add on will I like etc and it usually ends before even the 50-minute sessions which include the discussion time before starting. so ideally 30-35 minutes of services cost a lot of money especially with add ons which are always recommended by the esthetician.

The service and experience is what I expected, so I am satisfied. There wasn’t anything that was beyond my expectation so I don’t think I would he highly satisfied unless there was something beyond my expectation.

The therapist seemed a little tentative in giving the massage. Very nice person. Checked to see if i was okay and that she wasn't hurting me.
