The online booking system does not work (will not let me create an account). This makes booking very inconvenient. Also, the appointments last shorter than what I’m paying for

My usual person called in sick. I was given another person but my appointment started 10 minutes late

The therapist was amazing. One of the best I ever had, but the appointment was late and I don’t feel I was given the full amount of time. But she was amazing. I won’t be keeping my membership because I moved too far away and they charge to transfer. Not worth it. I also feel there should be perks monthly for membership people and more discounts. I have been coming every month for almost a year and only once was given a discount. The company should do better.

I was supposed to have an additional gift card the receptionist couldn’t find it when I got there and couldn’t explain much of what I had purchased on Black Friday.

I was satisfied with my experience at this location, although I do wish my massage was along the same quality as the massages I used to get at the Fort Worth Location.

I prefer someone with senior experience. It was obvious that my Masseuse was somewhat new. Very nice, but technique was only average

Massage was light I usually like medium massages but she was good.

I brought my best friend with me so I could transfer a package to her for her birthday. I’ve never been charged $10 before at any other location except for this one to transfer a package. I personally think the charge is ridiculous. My best friend ended up getting a membership there because I brought her in, and you charge me to bring her? Not cool; makes me not want to bring friends to this location anymore.

Not a fan of the pushiness to purchase membership following the massage. Also, I paid for additional add-ons and was disappointed it was just added into the time and did not add additional time. If i'm paying more in my opinion I should get more time. The massage was only about 45 mins start to finish which i feel was misadvertised for the hour time that was expected. Especially considered I paid $20 additional dollars. Probably wont return simply because of that reason.
