Not a fan of the pushiness to purchase membership following the massage. Also, I paid for additional add-ons and was disappointed it was just added into the time and did not add additional time. If i'm paying more in my opinion I should get more time. The massage was only about 45 mins start to finish which i feel was misadvertised for the hour time that was expected. Especially considered I paid $20 additional dollars. Probably wont return simply because of that reason.

I referred a friend to get a membership and should've been rewarded in some way (free upgrade? % off service? something). what is my incentive to recommend more friends??? I brought my friend back this time (and feel like some note of thanks would've been nice).

I was satisfied and will come back but wasn’t happy with my therapists she didn’t do my head face and didn’t sornd extra time on my foot. She didn’t do very good on my foot and I went in at 11:53. She started at 11:57. She was done at 12.47 I feel like I didn’t get my whole hr plus extra for the foot.

Did light treatment and it hurt my eyes although I think I was using the correct eye protection. Packages weren't applied at checkout, I had to go back to get refund. Staff quickly solved issue.

Everything was great until I pd. I didn't realize that a treatment that was done was extra ($40). I thought it was just one of my options of facial. Wasn't planning on spending extra over tip amount.

WOULD PREFER A SEPARATE CHANGING ROOM AREA. TRANQUILITY ROOM LACKED AMBIENCE. NO CHOICE OF DRINKS OFFERED, JUST PLAIN WATER. PLASTIC CUPS NOT 'SPA' LIKE.

First they told me another lady to do my facial. After treatment my skin on both sides of my face got red and it was noticeable even people asked me. It was my first time microdermal abbrasion, so didn’t any pressure feeling but noticed some scratch kind of spot on my face.

Great massage! Jessica is very knowledgeable!

I was given at serenity package for Mother’s Day. And when I came in I had to pay an extra $20 and I did not have any extra services.

Jessica was great. Her pressure was just right and she was quite, which I prefer. She needs to work on flow of movement with her massage technique.
