Did not start in time. I have children in school that I have to pick up and the delay in my appt almost made me late. Just difficult when I don't have much availability to come in.

Wasn’t able to see my usual therapist who is out due to illness. The person I saw hovered at the appointment desk to the point in which I was uncomfortable making a future appointment with a different therapist.

The app would not let me book at this location, this is not where we have our membership, but I think that should not matter. I also did not like that they did not have flavored water in the waiting area.

Therapist talked the entire massage.

I spent time completing a form of personal medical information. When the masseuse came for me, it was clear that she did not read the information including what service I had requested. In addition, I asked for eucalyptus aromatherapy yet the masseuse took it upon herself to release eucalyptus, peppermint and lavender. I only asked for eucalyptus. I would appreciate getting what I requested since I am paying for the add-on service.

One of the products I was hoping to buy was out of stock. Also, my massage therapist rushed me back for my appointment by saying the clock was ticking and my massage would be shortened if i didn’t hurry to finish my paperwork.

Both times out scheduled appt was changed while on out way to the appt.

I went to the one in Plano last Wed. Massage was ok. I went to Allen location yesterday and was much better. I had groupons so made this affordable. I think it is costly, otherwise

I was not highly satisfied because my appointment started late. Then during the massage I could clearly hear the therapist lecturing the client in the next room. I commented on the noise and my therapist agreed it was loud but did nothing to address it. I told the owner of the spa, who checked me out, and she promised to look into it.

The therapist complained about the space between the wall and the massage table. She also seemed very disconnected with the client..
