Glenda is the best massage therapist I've had at H&S in a very long time. While many therapists are able to help me relax from a massage, none have been able to work on, and fully work out the knots and problem areas I have. Glenda is, by far, the best therapist I have had. There's a H&S closer to me, but I choose to travel farther away just to see Glenda. The policies and practices are also much nicer at the Allen location. All the staff is great!

I have been having a lot of lower back IT joint and groin pains. Joseph's massage, stretch techniques, 13 years experience, and application of hot rocks have made a noticeable difference in having less back pain. I will continue his suggestion of daily stretches and heat pad in this area. One suggestion I have is to add a short bio of each of the LMT on your websites. I would have liked to get him months ago!
