Rachel was amazing and I felt so relaxed at the end. She really listened to me and helped work on my problem spots.

Karen is very positive and professional. She always asks if I have any specific needs each time I visit. She is genuinely interested in helping me have a great experience and feel relaxed by the time I leave. The only other thing I would mention is that some of the cushions in the seats in the waiting area are wearing down. Sat pretty low in one on a previous visit. Everything else is great!

I have been going to the Allen H&S location for several years and I am always happy with the services and friendliness of the staff. I love that you can log in to see your credits on the website as well. Hannah and Daphne did a great job. Daphne gave me my massage and it was so relaxing I fell asleep a couple times. It was exactly what I needed as a mom of 5! A relaxing break. I have seen Hannah several times for my facials and she always does an amazing job of answering my questions and takes ample time to make sure she knows what concerns I have for my skin. She treats those issues and never tries to over sell treatments or products.

Calming environment, knowledge therapist, clean space

Everyone was welcoming. I did have a nasty experience with vertigo when I got off the table, and vomited. The therapist was SO kind to me and stayed with me, leaving only once to get towels, etc. She stayed with me beyond checkout to walk me to my car. I was embarrassed, and yet she made me feel comfortable with my situation. The women at the front desk were very nice also. I will return for a facial and more massages when I am feeling better!
