The massage therapist was excellent, perfect pressure and really worked out my problem areas.

I have always been satisfied with Hand and Stone from the reception area, receptionist and message therapist. I have that the current therapist is the best and enjoy not only the message but talking with her. The message therapist is Olivia Li, hands down the best!! I feel completely relaxed during the session.

I love my monthly treat at Hand And Stone. My therapist, Glenda, is knowledgeable and skilled with her technique. My comfort is clearly her top priority. The check in and out is seamless and the location is ideal.

The staff is great to work with on all levels. Grace has customized my visits to how I like them without me having to explain. Skin improvement is nice, but my main goal is relaxation and stress reduction.

Tayler hands down is the best massage therapist. She makes everything so enjoyable and I know I will always leave highly satisfied with the service. She always takes her time, yet stays on schedule.

Overall peaceful and relaxing environment. Glenda listens to what I need and works her best to accommodate. She has a warm friendly demeanor. I also love Ava at the front. She has a way of making you feel special.

Kevin was just amazing! He listened to where I needed most focus on and he followed through with that. He let me relax the entire time, didn’t hear any outside (hallway or reception area) noises, and he even recommended some products. I really enjoyed this experience! When a customer was checking out she was considering whether or not to become a member. I quickly interrupted her conversation with the receptionist and said she would not regret it!

My aesthetician was awesome. She cared for my skin. She was very knowledgeable about getting my skin to where I would like how it looked again and very pleasant.
