My massage therapist Karen has always taken the time to address any needs I have during my visit. I usually suffer from migraines and she helps alleviate my pain. Everyone that works there is extremely polite and well mannered.

It was my first facial and I was really excited about it my esthetician Hanna made me feel comfortable and had a nice conversation I went to sleep which was good I came straight from work and that facial is what I needed

All off the staff were professional and kind! I was well informed and understood by my massage therapist about everything I wanted and what she was doing. The front desk did a great job of explaining information about the membership program.

Shana Zhu is not only extremely gifted but she has a warm spirit that she brought to the experience, also. I was in an anxious state because I was not checked in warmly by the receptionist and as soon as Shana came out to introduce herself, I immediately relaxed. She not only improved my skin immediately but recommended products to maintain the glow she created. Had I not had a bank issue that allowed me to bring only one credit card, I definitely would have purchased those products and still will when I return. She was trustworthy&knowledgeable& I knew I was in the best hands. I recommended her to everyone & I feel the receptionist was kind when I was leaving & although initially she did not make me feel well received she did make up for it upon my exit. I felt she realized I felt uncomfortable&she definitely was kind when I checked out. Perhaps because I came at opening time she could have just been mentally preoccupied with opening duties. I managed the spa at Craig Ranch for quite some time and then moved on to Bliss and The W so I do understand prepping for the day and feel just a gentle reminder that every client should feel a warm welcome would be helpful for her.
