On time, relaxing, strength of the therapist

I have been coming to Hand and Stone massage for about a year and every time, the therapists do a great job of understanding exactly where I need the most attention. The staff up front is also great and help out with booking and answering any questions I have.

Masks are still being worn, and social distancing is enforced. Environment is welcoming and relaxing. Massage was relaxing and helped with my pain.

Overall experience was excellent! Rachel Kim and Monal V. were amazing!! Felt very relaxed. much needed! 1 thing I would suggest, please call members or leave a message if you are having issues with the member’s account. It is best to take care of any issues before the member arrives & definitely NOT after the service.

I appreciate the business not requiring patrons to wear masks. I felt like I was respected as a human being by being allowed to make educated and ethical decisions by my own free will. I felt like the staff was highly knowledgeable and professional and will also do their part, on their own free will, to be responsible aevocates for patient well-being.

Rachel K was super knowledgeable and was great overall with finding spots I didn’t even know were sore! Booked her again in 2 weeks!
