Great customer service. Address my sinks concerns. All stff was very friendly and welcoming.

Everything was perfect and everyone was smiling and super, super friendly! I enjoyed the ambience. Christine was was so friendly and our massage therapists, Joshua and the other guy were just excellent!

I had a great experience since I walked in. The staff was very friendly and the wait was minimal. Grace(the aesthetician)explained the process and answered all my questions.

Receptionist always welcoming and efficient. Therapist (Karen) always asks questions before beginning and addresses the areas of concern. Staff always asks how the service was as I am leaving. Can’t say enough good things.

I have been so pleased with my Hand and Stone membership. I use the massage services, and will continue to do so because they have been so helpful. Taylor is an amazing massage therapist and has helped me so much in recovering from frozen shoulder and addressing general points of stress. She even figured out that my knee pain was from very tight leg muscles. I am so pleased with the Allen location (even though it's not very close to me) and recommend it all the time!

My Theripist Kevin was fantastic. He was kind, knowledgeable and very attentive to my needs. In fact, i brought my friend in the next day and she also booked a massage.

My appointment was right at the same time the location opened and I was worried they would still be prepping but it seemed as if they had been open for a while and was just waiting on me to arrive.
