Receptionist always welcoming and efficient. Therapist (Karen) always asks questions before beginning and addresses the areas of concern. Staff always asks how the service was as I am leaving. Can’t say enough good things.

I have been so pleased with my Hand and Stone membership. I use the massage services, and will continue to do so because they have been so helpful. Taylor is an amazing massage therapist and has helped me so much in recovering from frozen shoulder and addressing general points of stress. She even figured out that my knee pain was from very tight leg muscles. I am so pleased with the Allen location (even though it's not very close to me) and recommend it all the time!

My Theripist Kevin was fantastic. He was kind, knowledgeable and very attentive to my needs. In fact, i brought my friend in the next day and she also booked a massage.

My appointment was right at the same time the location opened and I was worried they would still be prepping but it seemed as if they had been open for a while and was just waiting on me to arrive.

The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. The environment was relaxing.

It was a very good experience. I even bought a gift card for my daughter & son in law and a membership.

Kevin is a wonderful massage therapist and I am always completely satisfied with my treatment. I love the convenience of this store’s location and have been very happy with my membership of almost 5 years!!
