All my questions were answered, I didn't feel pressured to make any big decisions right away, people were super kind and understanding when I got to the appointment 3 minutes before (I wanted to be there the standard 15 mins before). No one made me feel badly about not finding the place on time. I can't wait to return!

I loved the entire experience. The massage could have been better which is why I rated it only satisfied. I felt like she could have spent more time on my shoulders and neck. Overall the store was nice and the ambiance room was amazing. It should probably larger as clientele increases. When I left I saw people waiting in the store.
