I come for my special Monal facials every two weeks to the Allen location! Monal is the BEST aesthetician I've ever been to. I would never EVER let any other aesthetician touch my face because no one can understand my skin better than Monal. Hiba, the receptionist always makes me feel welcome and always has a pleasant smile on her face. She also ensures that I pre-book my bi-weekly facial appointments in person before I leave and is always very quick and efficient at billing.

My therapist was very knowledgable about some aches that I had in my neck and back and spent a great deal of time to work them out.

Ease of making appointment and availability, times and therapist with stone certification always available! Owner is very welcoming and receptionists are courteous, friendly and helpful! Well qualified and experienced therapists!

I have very good results with the facial

I Love this Hand and Stone location! I had something come up the morning of my appointment and the staff was able to change my appointment the same day and keep my therapist and My Facial was still able to work w me and make it! I was so grateful and it’s so clean and friendly staff.

Derrick listened to me and addressed the specific issues I came in for. I have done regular massages for over 10 years and I actually learned some things from him about posture and sleeping positions which have helped my chronic neck pain. I appreciate how well trained he is and how well he was able to help me with my neck pain.

I had both a facial with microdermabrasion and a Himalayan Salt massage. I left feeling wonderful and well pampered. Glenda is an amazing massage therapist, and I always ask for her. I am glad I have a membership, and will continue to be a customer as long as the service is this great!

Staff was very professional. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The esthetician did an excellent job.
