The amenities were very nice and inviting. I have had "many" massages over the last 20 years and Karen was excellent. She delivered the exact right amount of pressure where needed and was gentle in the areas that needed it as well. She listened to my requests and delivered an exceptional massage.

Everyone was helpful and friendly. My esthetician focused on solving all of the issues I brought up about my skin. She completely addressed all of my questions.

This was one of the best massages that I had ever had! She really took her time and tackled the tightness, making me more relaxed The facial was also wonderful, and my face feels amazing!

Had an issue with my breathing. The therapist was able to isolate the issue and help provide guidance to help deal with it moving forward. Very appreciative of her care. Will be coming back for more sessions to deal with the issue.

The booking process was very easy. The facility is well kept and at a great convenient location. All the staff was very courteous. The massage was truly relaxing.

although I did have a ten minute wait, I was thoroughly satisfied with the actual wax and facial.
