I was so, so, so satisfied with this first time experience! My eastician and massage therapist were really, really, really good. So much so I will only request them! I’m sure everyone is good, but I hit the jackpot the first time!!

This was my first visit to this location and I was highly satisfied with the staff who made it comfortable as I had my mother with me. I was also very happy with the massage therapist who took time to address my problem spots.

The Esthetician Stephanie was wonderful very knowledgeable and patient. The guy who checked me out at the reception area was so pushy with getting me to sign up for membership and totally changed his attitude to rude when he couldn't convince me. He made me feel awful. My service was great with Esthetician but walking out the spa was very disappointing.

I think it’s a me problem, not so much something H&S could fix. I appreciate all that you do and know massage has benefits but I don’t enjoy it. Too much time out of my schedule, too awkward, too little reward. But I appreciate all that you do!

I understand that time in to change takes a few minutes. Let’s say 5 , hour massage usually been ending at 10 till the hour so really about a 45 min massage. Most places close to same just meh.

Please make membership where it’s not charging monthly but allow every other month.

The therapist left the room twice. Not sure why but felt like that took away from my time. Will not change how much I have enjoyed the service.
