It was good but I’ve had better massages for less money. I expected more kinks/knots to be worked out of my shoulder blade area (which I requested).

It’s nice facility with good staff, but nothing extremely outstanding. The value is average or maybe a little low compared to other places.

I have graded to the hot stones. It felt like that portion of the massage was rushed. Olivia did a good job overall.

Relaxation Room could have more refreshments and better amenities. Products could have more diversity to address a wider range of ethnic groups. Hand & Stone could also have more travel or sizes of products to try and purchase as a trial.

My massage was great. Booking the appointment was not. I had to reschedule last minute because of work, the receptionist wouldn’t tell me what appointments were available so I just had to keep guessing instead of her just letting me know what was available for me to choose from that. Even asking “well what does she have available” the response was “when would you like”?

Lack of convenient parking. Pricing is a bit high.

I did not necessarily have a bad experience. Josh again was really good at Massage except he would abruptly stop and start, didn’t really know how to make it flow that well..when he was flipping me over he stayed by my head, I was fairly exposed. I feel like he is fairly new and I did not see it as a sexual way. I think he just didn’t know where to stand. I have only ever had people stand on the side of me while flipping me over I am in the Massage industry, and didn’t get a weird vibe, just that he was taught that way . Great massage, wish he was a little friendlier but I understand work is work.

My massage therapist was perfectly professional. I felt she could improve by not hurrying and focus on having a calm energy about her. She was very kind and professional, I don’t want her to get in any trouble. I just felt she was hurried and when she moved my arms/legs she kind of “plopped” them down instead of placing them gently. I had a hard time relaxing just because I felt she wasn’t relaxed.

My Diamond facial costed around 300$ for 1 session, and since I had not asked for it until I was already into my basic massage, I didn't know what I was signing up for. I wish you would take the time to explain to clients the various massages available before hand.
