Michelle who I always book facials with, is always very pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional. I am always very relaxed. I love the cleanliness of the facility. The receptionist staff is always very pleasant to deal with in making my appointments.

It was a relaxing and pleasant experience. I think HAND AND STONE is taking COVID 19 seriously. I was comfortable that they are doing everything to prevent virus spread.

I am grateful for the consistent quality. Would prefer a full 60 minutes, but always have great experiences and appreciate the services offered. Chris is wonderful.

Massage therapist asked what I needed. The Massage Therapist (Lindsy) insured the right amount of pressure was applied. Lindsy was very knowledgable about what needed to be done to help my lower back.
