Tori is my absolute favorite!! She is amazing at what she does, but the prob is she’s so good, its getting harder to book with her. I think so add ones are way too expensive

The people were very nice. The massage was very relaxing which I had asked for. It was easy to make an appointment.

The hand and stone front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The esthetician Meghan is very knowledgeable about skin care and always gives me an excellent facial and recommendations without any pressure to buy products.

The massage was was nice and the therapist was very pleasant and did a good job. However, the only negative is that my appointment started almost 10 minutes late and ended 5 minutes before the 1 hour mark so I only really got a 45 minute massage. I understand that previous appointments can run over but that should not impact my appointment time and it should have still be for a 50 minute masssage, especially because my husband paid $100 for it as a gift. 60 minute massages at other spas around town are $85 for the full hour so I felt this was not a good way to do business. The aesthestician was very friendly and knowledegable and gave me a great facial.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with hand and stone. Found a massage therapist that works the best for me. I recommend the membership if you plan on going monthly, which was recommended to really help relieve muscle knots and relax.

Therapist did a great job

First they seen my need to be expedient about the sign in and unrobing process as I had to keep a schedule. The therapist was accommodating while addressing my areas of pain. The membership rate is good for the value.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere at Hand and Stone. I love the membership and how easy it is to navigate. The staff was very friendly and I’m excited to go back.
