Mackenzie is PHENOMENAL!!!! I came in with tension in my back and shoulders. Mackenzie asked what areas needed her attention most and she actually focused on those areas!!! Her attention to detail is what made the biggest impression. Just the little things that she did that were not required, but she went above and beyond to make this an amazing, relaxing hour for me. It’s now 2 days later and I can’t believe how great I feel. I will definitely be booking with Mackenzie again. Also, shout out to Carter at the front desk. I called the next day to set an appointment for my friend (with Mackenzie of course!). Carter was so helpful and insightful. I was walked through setting the appointment with ease. Thank you Carter!!
