I liked the hospitality, the cleanliness and neatness and most of all the staff were great.

I enjoy a good facial. Michelle was friendly, knowledgeable and made the experience very enjoyable.

They were all very pleasant. My massage helped. It was very clean

Mackenzie was amazing and answered all my questions. I did not have to wait to see her and the front desk staff were very nice as well.

Rachel was AMAZING! She made sure she hit my focus areas to relieve pain as well as focusing on other areas to help with relaxation. The reception staff were awesome! I was running late for my appointment and they called after receiving my voicemail to ensure I was ok and that nothing had happened. It’s always a joy going to Hand and Stone, not just for the services but for the staff’s friendliness and promptness. They make the visit even more pleasurable!

60 massage was 45 min due to wait, consult and undressing. This was not the fault of the therapist. 100.00 massage booked for 60 minutes, should be 60 minutes on the table. Also, don't like sales pitch at checkout for monthly membership. Loved the very capable therapist but woild consider going elsewhere as can get add ons and longer massage for less.

Everyone is so friendly and happy. My therapist was knowledge and effective. I will use him again for my next appointment for sure. Room was comfy and calming.

Chris was excellent. I left very relaxed and less stressed.
