The services I receive at Hand & Stone ALWAYS leave me feeling refreshed & ready to conquer the world! The knowledge, personalities and professionalism of the esthetician (Brandi) and the massage therapist (Chris) keep me at ease and totally relaxed throughout the duration of my visit. I am so happy to be a member of the Hand & Stone family!

My first time at this facility was a Christmas gift from my father and my first professional massage. I left that same day with a membership and have gone back once a month since! I have had a different therapist for each visit and they all have been professional, kind and knowledgeable in their field. Highly recommend to anyone!

When you walk in the door it is so tranquil. Brandy is amazing, I look forward to my facials with her. She takes her time and makes sure to address any and all needs you have. It is just nice to not be rushed and be able to relax and enjoy your time of pampering.

Christ does a Great job and I found your spa only because of Chris. I live in New Bern but make trips to Wilmington about every 2 to 3 months and try to include a massage with the trips. I love your spa and the treatments. I really want to try the cupping on the next treatment

The store is located very close to my location. I like the way my eyebrows were shaped. the associate was a non-smoker which is very important to me.

I’ve only had 2 massages with Maryanne but she has done a wonderful job in being attentive to my shoulder problems.

Tom was great! I feel like a weight had been lifted after my massage. It had been a long and stressful week.
