Hand and Stone

It was very easy to make an appointment, and I could use one of my unused month of services to pay for an "upgraded" facial. My esthestician, Jenny, is wonderful - very easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. It's also nice to be able to use the membership for a facial now and then if a massage isn't desired.

I enjoyed my facial, Brandi made me feel welcomed. The atmosphere was very relaxing. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful.

Mary Ann was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and skilled.

Jenny is great! She was able to help identify some areas of need for my skin. She always takes the time to explain what she’s doing and why, and makes great product recommendations.

The staff were very friendly. The esthetician was very understanding of my skin issues. The esthetician made me feel very comfortable.

When the staff noticed I had accumulated a number of services, they called me to ask if I was interested in also having a facial. I happened to have the time that afternoon and opted to have a facial. I am always impressed from the minute I step in the door at the Mayfaire Hand and Stone. So relaxing and peaceful, and each of the staff is more than helpful. Jamie provided a wonderful pain-relieving full body massage and Jennie assessed my skin and determined which type of facial would benefit me. I don't often schedule my services regularly; I do it more on an "as needed" basis. It is very helpful to have this membership that allows me to roll services over from month to month, and then feel like I am splurging when I have the time to really appreciate using them. I am not sure I would continue a membership without this "roll-over" feature.

I had a facial with Brandi and I LOVED her. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable on the products and what would work best with my skin. Afterwards, I had a couple of questions about two specific products I was needing and she pointed me in the right direction. I purchased them and LOVE what they have done to my skin. I cant wait for my next appointment :)

Jamie is a great massage therapist and she always listens to me and treats me appropriately for my needs. She is always prompt with my appointments. The staff is always very friendly.

Brandi was amazing and made me feel so comfortable with the treatment I was receiving. She informed me on the products and why they were good for my skin. I’m so happy with my results, I will be back!

Knowledgeable therapist with expert experience. She was willing to share information but did not spend the entire session talking; was willing to let me relax and enjoy my treatment.
