Have been a customer from the first day they opened and a member. Like the late hours, i usually prefer a night appt, did a Saturday appt first time. energized me greatly. Like the membership, gift cards, options.

Although I'm just trying it out for now they listened to my concerns and did a good job. They have been very friendly as well as helpful. Make you feel comfortable and at ease. Very professional.

Upon entering this Hand and Stone location the front desk staff was very friendly in welcoming me, explained the process since this was our first time service. The Esthetician, Jenny, was very friendly and took the time to ask me about my skin care needs/goals and after evaluating my skin suggested treatments that would help in my skin care goals. Jenny was very thorough in explaining the treatment and products used in my facial. The pricing was very competitive and a good value compared to other salons in the area.

As always, the staff were great. The environment was clean and inviting. The masseuse was great. I always feel like I am welcomed and valued.

Marissa was amazing. She always greets me with a smile and asks how my day is going. She recommended the mini hot stone along with my massage and it felt great to have the hot stones loosen my knots.

I came in to see Brandi Thomas for my facial. She was amazing and highly knowledgeable. She was also very welcoming and easy to talk to. The staff is welcoming and also very knowledgeable about the services.

Chris has a great massage technique. I felt 100 times better and so relaxed. I was visiting from out of town, I was so fatigued. When I left I felt such a huge difference. Chris focused on the parts I needed the most. I will be back to see him within the next two weeks
