My main focus is exfoliation. Rebecca said she was not allowed by H&S to use the instrument to remove melias. I have had other estheticians remove them when needed.

I was very satisfied with my visit. The massage room itself felt a little dirty as there was stuff on floor I kept stepping on once I took my shoes off and there was someone else’s dirty water cup on the counter. The massage therapist was very friendly and prioritized the areas I asked her too. She did accidentally pull my hair tie out and it ended up falling in the face holder and took me a minute to find when my massage was over. The lady at the front desk was extremely kind and welcoming and definitely helped make my experience better.

Mostly because they lost my paperwork. And the nails of the masseuse

I find it hard to be highly satisfied the first time I see a new MT. I will use her again though.

My visits are always excellent, and there is never a problem, I'm just a little upset that the prices for everything increased.

I was not satisfied with the Wilmington one it is not as good as the Fayetteville one I love going to Fayetteville they do better. There masseuses are better at giving massages then the ones in Wilmington they try to rush and skip parts of the body.

The check in receptionist misunderstood me. She thought I wanted to cancel my membership. What I asked was to be sure my massage for next Friday was cancelled. Instead of saying oh I misheard she was defensive and said well it sounded like you said….(blonde) she was brusque and seemed unhappy in her work. The other check in girl (dark hair) was very sweet.

pressure could have been greater

I brought a girlfriend to have a massage at the same time. Her name was Kim. She said that her massage therapist talked too much. Mine was April, but it was hard to relax since she left the lights on bright. That is our only complaints.

Too expensive. Your prices went way up.
