My therapist left a large amount of oil on my body and did not use the cloth to remove it nor offer a cloth to me to remove it. She also did not offer water at the ens I observed the other therapists with water in their hands. I regret giving her such a large tip. I didn’t think quickly enough.

Deep tissue pressure could have been stronger

The receptionist was very friendly and professional. The therapist was very calming and took the time to listen to my concerns. It was a very good experience.

I have had many massages She rubbed my right side to long then rushed thru the other parts and didn’t rub my feet @ all . She had me hang me arms off side of bed never have anyone have you hang arms off bed . Every massage I have had is so relaxing I doze off to sleep she kept pushing it was not good

Facial was good but now has caused my entire face to break out . She offered another facial but was going to be $209 as I was already waiting on the table and couldn’t afford that .

Ten minutes to undress and ten minutes to dress again shaves 20 minutes off a 90-minute appointment

I don't think that this service was the best way to achieve what I wanted

I didn't like the fact during the massage she massaged my feet through the sheet. I stated my back and neck was problem areas and I don't feel like she paid attention to my neck area.

It took 10 days to get an appointment When I was checking in the other receptionist was so busy talking to my receptionist it was almost rude Big push to sign up for monthly appointments

Usually schedule 90 minute massage. Hand and stone had to reschedule my appt, and only 60 minutes available. Better than nothing though.
