I was Satisfied but therapist forgot that had a 90 minute session, she ended after 55 minutes until I brought it to her attention.

I love the massage therapist she’s incredible and the only reason I’m staying-what I’ve experienced is that quite frequently your therapist’s leave and then it is impossible to get rescheduled so I’m not receiving a monthly massage which was my intention on purchasing a Monthly membership

The facial was just less than extraordinary and the shoulder/neck massage was lacking in pressure.

I wasn’t offered any upgrades to my massage upon my checking in. Once in the treatment room the therapist asked if I was interested in any upgrades. In talking to her I upgraded. The front desk people were more interested in their conversations not with me.

The time spent on the front of my legs was minimal and same with my feet.

My appointment time was not kept. I had to wait 5 minutes before being called in. My massage therapist was wonderful and did very well. I felt as though she went a little to deep/hard in some areas but overall I felt great when I left. The products that were displayed were a little to pricy and I was disappointed that nobody explained or went into detail about the products with me.

My therapist was great with knowing where to get to for my needs. It’s not really a complaint, but I couldn’t relax much because she’s a conversationalist. I did ask for a quiet session.

Mentioned that my neck and shoulders hold all my tension, but felt like it was not focused on enough. It was an excellent massage, but I should probably book a longer appointment or more frequent appointments to be able to fully address my issues.

Jessica my esthetician is the main reason I keep coming back. The past two times I have asked the front deck to use a coupon for an add-in in my facial. I was still charged both times and they said they would fix it. The front desk workers seem too young to know what is going on.

An hour massage should be an hour. Especially when it cost $120. Appointment was at 5. Massage didn't start until 5:10 and ended short of 6. Not even a full hour. Therapists was very friendly and great just. Only Gripe is an hour should be an hour.
