The therapist talked the entire time. I came to relax, but left with her entire family life story, their weight, and all kinds of other stuff I didn’t want to know.

I dislike how a 60 min massage is more like 40-45 minutes. I get undressed quickly so my massage can start sooner and I can get dressed quickly too if it means I can get closer to 60 minutes of a massage.

The facility was beautiful and relaxing! Therapist was very professional. I would be interested in a every other month option for massages at discounted rate.

My apt started about 10 minutes late and ending nearly 10 minutes early. I mentioned my dissatisfaction to the receptionist, but no one ever followed up. For a 40 minute massage for $120 is not acceptable.

The receptionist pretty much just do their job. Don’t do much other than that.

My therapist for more than three years recently left. My back up therapist was fired. I have tried two other therapists with varying results. Maria was lovely but chatty. Nick did a great job of stretching me out and working on my trouble areas, but his speed was “rushed”. While I know Rachel is irreplaceable, I will see Nick again. I am open to recommendations of therapists who use similar style/pressure/speed/calmness of Rachel.

I like the convenience of the website scheduling.

I was satisfied but to be able to afford the membership is out of the question. I will go back but once a month is too soon for me. I loved the facial but I usually my one one 2-3 times a year. I will go back soon

The pricing for future visits was confusing. It seemed like I had to buy a membership and commit to future visits to get a locked in rate. If I understand correctly, all future visits will be at a higher price because I couldn't commit that day to the membership.
